The 'Options...' command has been moved to the 'Tools' menu, and the 'Report Template' option has been moved to the 'Forms/Reports' tab.
Solution:
To set a default report template in Access 7.0, use the 'Options...' command under the 'Tools' menu, and type the template name in the 'Report Template' box of the 'Forms/Reports' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Forms/Reports' tab.
3) Type the name of the desired report template to use as a default template in the 'Report Template' box.
NOTE: The template typed in the 'Report Template' box will be used for all new reports.
